Esfarayen Industrial Complex under the supervision of Iran Industrial Developing & Renovation Organization officially started its activity in 1994 first radial phase with the aim of producing 80 000 Tones different kinds of Iron Products in different groups.

This company with the view of expanding different industries was established in 13300000 m2 in Esfarayen and 71000 m2 of this surface is allocated to the workshops of iron, melting,   repair and warehouse.

Esfarayen Industrial Complex according to the need of customers and according to the    standards such as: API, SAE, NACE, AISI, ASTM, BS, DIN presents its products and steel maximum up to 100 tones.

The main units of this company are such as:

- Melting and ingot casting :

Melting, Molding with Electric Arc Furnace 50 tones and Metallurgy Equipment such as   LF furnace, Gas furbishing, Carbon furbishing in vacuum VD, VOD, molding in vacuum VSD up to 80 tones with other lateral equipment.

-Press shop :

Heavy press iron plant unit 63000 tones with 80 tones manipulator and 10 pre heating and Anneal and Normal operation with lateral equipment.

- Radial forging shop : 

Radial Forging Shop including 5 Radial Forging Machines of 10, 13, 25, SXP65, SHP06, and 10 Preheating and Heat Treatment Furnace with equipments and utilities.

- Steel center :

Consist of 2.2 ton EAF and 2 small forging machine and laboratory facilities , for improving technical skills and scientific knowledge of the personal .

- Quality control unit :

Advanced quality control equipments, such as quant meter , mechanical and metallographic properties test equipment , are used for production according to the international delivery standards.

- Technology and Engineering Department :

This department is designed to success the customers needs carried on transfer of technology documents and educational and experimental engineers , who were trained in Germany , Austria and Czech republic.

- Quality management system :

EICO. Is certified according to DQS quality management system, ISO 9001:2000 And supports the costumers with test certificate acc. To EN10204.
